The analysis of results of treatment of 72 patients with complicated defeat of echinococcosis of right lungs and a liver, were in branch of thoracic surgeries of the National centre of science of surgery n.a. A.N.Syzganova for the period 1997-2009 was carried out. The age of patients fluctuated from 5 years till 67 years, from 72 patients 39 (53,4 %) patients were male, female – 33 (46,6 %). 13 patients with the complicated defeat hydatidomas of left lungs and a liver were operated by the torakoskopichesky way, complications were not noted
