Влияние терапии сингуляром на клинико-функциональную характеристику состояния детей с бронхиальной астмой

We conducted research of Singular therapeutic efficacy in children with moderate bronchial asthma. 24 children in the age from 6 till 16 years was examined. The duration of treatment by Singylar was to 2 months. Inhaled ß2-agonists were used if it was necessary. Singular therapy was effective in 85, 4 % children with a bronchial asthma. The reduction of asthma attacks frequency, relief of their course were recorded during the Singular treatment. Singular treatment assisted normalization and improvement of lung ventilatory function in 62 % of patients with moderate bronchial asthma.
