Резюме на английском языке:  In the article there given the analysis of capital structure since one of the principal points in the theory and practice of finance management is optimal capital structure that influences on the value of a company. Contemporary conception of business activities is connected with the company value management and with the increase of attractiveness for shareholders and owners. This analysis is made to increase the efficiency of capital use (optimization of relation between financial stability, price and profitability of capital).
