Резюме на английском языке:  In the present article the factors affecting to growth and development of tissue culture of roses in vitro, include: methods of plant material sterilization, origin of explants, nutrient media compounds, donorplant genotype, conditions and methods of explants growing, stage of explants development and age of donor p l a n t s i s discussed.
