Резюме на английском языке:  Clinical efficacy of combined application of air ionic therapy with negative air ionization of high density, brightlight therapy and SSRI (n=15) as compared with combined therapy with bright light and SSRI (n=15) in case of depressive disorders has been investigated. It might be shown that strong clinical effect was noticed by week 1 of therapy during use of scheme of treatment SSRI + bright-light therapy + air ionic therapy as compared with SSRI + bright-light therapy. It might be explained through possible additive synergic serotoninergic action of negative aeroions of high density, bright light and SSRI.

Исследована клиническая эффективность сочетанного применения аэроионотерапии отрицательными ионами высокой плотности, светотерапии и СИОЗС (15 человек) в сравнении с комбинированной терапиейярким светом и СИОЗС (15 человек) в случае депрессивных расстройств. Показано, что больший клиничес-кий эффект отмечался в первую неделю терапии при использовании схемы лечения СИОЗС + светотерапия + аэроионотерапия по сравнению с СИОЗС+светотерапия. Это может объясняться возможным дополнительным синергическим серотонинергическим действием отрицательных аэроионов высокой плотности, яркого света и СИОЗС.
